I have been privileged this past month with access to what I consider the epitome of human achievement. Its very rare that I find a device that I become increasingly happier with, with each passing day.

Ever since apple released news of the iPhone back in 2007, I knew that the boundaries of my geekish world was about to be breached. It was everything that humanity needed in a handheld device and it was presented in a beautiful and easy to use enclosure. Realizing at that point that one day I would have my own, I shared the news to everyone around me. Expressing the possibilities of such a device and its revolutionary effect that its going to have on our society.

Most people in this day and age are unaware of the upcoming events in our existence. Our generation is going to witness this ages equivalent to the Renaissance (that is if our economy doesn't collapse first). Apple might not be the shining champion of this upcoming age but its definitely laying the foundation for a unimaginable tomorrow.

Apple is showing us that technology isn't something to be feared but an integral facet that links us together and enriches the very fibers of humanity that makes us all individuals.

So, in closing... Next time you pass a nerdy kid expressing his love for his latest technological gadget, look deeper into what this passion entails. Its very likely that he's already reached a state of existence that makes him happier than anything most others will ever experience.
